The Platform facilitates listings and user communication but does not guarantee payments, delivery, or refunds unless explicitly stated.

1. Scope

This policy governs disputes and refund requests for all users of KLEC Marketplace.

2. Peer-to-Peer Transactions

Payments between users (e.g., UPI, bank transfer) are handled directly.

The Platform does not:

  • Intervene in payment failures,
  • Process refunds, or
  • Act as an escrow intermediary.

3. Reporting Issues

If a Buyer experiences fraud or non-delivery:

1. Contact the Seller directly to resolve the issue.

2. If unresolved, report it through the Platform’s dispute form within 14 days of purchase.

Include:

  • Listing or transaction ID,
  • Screenshots or payment proof (e.g., UTR),
  • Description of the issue.

4. Platform Review

The Platform will review disputes within 3 business days and may request additional details.

It may:

  • Warn or suspend users involved,
  • Recommend next steps,
  • Escalate to university or legal authorities if necessary.

However, the Platform is not responsible for issuing refunds for peer-to-peer payments.

5. Platform-Processed Payments

If the Platform ever processes a fee or payment (e.g., onboarding fees):

  • Refunds are subject to the terms shown at checkout.
  • Access/onboarding fees are non-refundable once verification or listing access has been granted.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the State of Andhra Pradesh, India.
